Denver has an incredible nightlife and lots of different restaurants. There is a wide range of culinary foods from a lot of different backgrounds. Denver is also a great place to go because there is an extensive trail system in the Rocky Mountain region. When I found out how much monthly rent it cost for the penthouse, I nearly started coughing. The cost for the apartment building for one month of rent is more than I make in 3 months. There’s no way that anyone like me could ever afford to live downtown. I have to spend my time looking for a place on the North side or the west side, where there is real estate for people like me with blue collar jobs and five dollars in their bank account. Jacksonville is starting to become more and more like other cities in the state of Florida. People can’t afford to live in the city unless they make more than six figures a year.
