My fiance and I used to live in Tucson, however we decided to transfer to Phoenix, where my mother lives, and there was no way that my mother was going to transfer to Tucson to live with my fiance and I and my mom was getting too outdated to take care of herself, my associate and I tried to get her to go to an assisted living facility, however my mom was determined not to leave her house.
My fiance and I went to talk to my mom and she agreed to let us transfer into her home. The outdated house in Phoenix needs a lot of work before my fiance and I will be comfortable there. My associate and I made some plans and talked to a company, then one thing that the house in Phoenix needs is HVAC duct… I talked to a HVAC duct and Heating and A/C company to see how much that was going to cost! When I heard the costs, I nearly choked. The Heating and A/C company from Phoenix told me that it would be more efficient and better for the house heating and cooling to go with a couple of ductless mini split systems. The ductless systems mean that I do not have to spend thousands of dollars on HVAC duct. All of that cash can go into the ductless mini split systems. My fiance and I can have the temperatures in our part of the house at 68° if we want and my mom can have the temperatures in her part of the house at 74°, if she wants. The company gave me a lot of fantastic ideas.
