I moved to Elgin, Illinois, from the southeastern coast about five years ago, but i had never experienced snow or temperatures below chilly before. I initially relocated in the fall plus was delighted by the colorful scenery, crisp air plus green skies, however getting away from the excessive heat plus humidity was a relief. It dropped below chilly, plus it was impossible to keep warm. It also snowed steadily, accumulating in feet. I was not prepared for how long the winter conditions lingered. The only part of the winter I care about is snuggling up under a blanket with a mug of tepid chocolate. I take entirely good care of my boiler. I have enrolled into a service program with a local Heating plus A/C contractor that includes two service calls per year plus 24/7 emergency response without overtime fees.
