My nice friend and I should have gone with heated flooring
The largest regret I have is not Springtimeing for heated flooring. My hubby plus I moved down south to Tuscaloosa, AL for her work. My nice friend and I purchased a apartment plus decided to maintenance it up abruptly before the rest of our furniture arrived. My nice friend and I did all the giant stuff first, then the popcorn ceilings were scrapped, sanded, plus painted. Then my nice friend and I sanded plus painted the wood walls… Next the floors were ripped up. No more rugs however instead there is a gray tile… I even asked my hubby while in the floor process if my nice friend and I should consider heated flooring. It made sense. My nice friend and I already had the floors ripped up, and adding electric heated mats would be easy. My nice friend and I lived near a Tuscaloosa heating dealership. My hubby said that Alabama does not get that cold. It would also double the cost of the project. The time was what convinced us. My nice friend and I wanted to transport in abruptly. My nice friend and I didn’t have the time to spend on the floors if my nice friend and I wanted our furniture not to be in the way; So my nice friend and I decided to just brick plus leave it at that… Well, a year after living in our Tuscaloosa household the heating system died. My nice friend and I then had to buy a modern system. My nice friend and I have since learned that Alabama winters are cold. The brick floors are icy on our feet. My hubby wears socks all the time plus I have invested in throw rugs. My nice friend and I should have gone with heated flooring. My nice friend and I could have saved so much cash plus enjoyed this appealing heating system if my nice friend and I had. Now I am looking to redo the lavatorys plus add radiant heat in there.
