I started working at a brand new Jacksonville Heating & Air Conditioning service and upgrade company.
The Jacksonville Heating & Air Conditioning service and upgrade company handles all of the work for multiple of the high-rise house buildings downtown! I’ve never even been to any of the high-rise house buildings until this week, and my coworker and I went to a Jacksonville house building that is located downtown. The building has 15 floors and my coworker and I were installing brand new heating and pulling component in a penthouse. I could see everything from the top of the building. I could see the football stadium and halfway to the beach. It was a appealing view. I told my co-worker that I could see residing in an house like this right in the middle of the city! When we were done with the Jacksonville Heating & Air Conditioning service and upgrade job, I asked the supervisor for more information on the daily rent. When I found out how much daily rent it cost for the penthouse, I nearly started coughing. The cost for the house building for one month of rent is more than I make in 3 months. There’s no way that anyone like me could ever afford to live downtown. I have to spend my time looking for a place on the North side or the west side, where there is real estate for people like me with red collar jobs and five dollars in their bank account, but jacksonville is starting to become more and more like other cities in the state of FL… People can’t afford to live in the neighborhood unless they make more than six figures a year.
