I had the ductwork cleaned, the air conditioner inspected, and the heater repaired. Everything was all cleaned, oiled, tightened, and checked for damage. Thankfully the HVAC didn’t have anything wrong with it. Having it cleaned offered peace of mind. The HVAC dealer in Tuscaloosa told me that my device was around 15 years old. So I know it is getting up there. I plan to start saving money for potentially large investments down the road. I think a new HVAC unit, water heater, and roof are on the horizon. We might get a few solid years of living in the home before that happens however. I am glad that I already found a loyal Tuscaloosa HVAC dealer, plumber, and I do have a number for an electrician. Knowing the servicemen of the town is necessary when you move.
